Returns

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us.   Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items  
 
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on products returned for any reason.  
 
Before you return any products to us please contact us by by phone or email us at returns@beautyatwork.ie   
 
For products that have been delivered in error we will refund the full value of those products and the costs of returning them.
 
For products that arrived damaged we will offer you a replacement and refund you the cost of returning them to us.  
 
If you return a product which you are unsatisfied with for any reason other than the product being damaged or delivered in error you will be only be refunded the price you paid for the product; no carriage will be refunded (unless you cancel the contract within 7 days after you paid for your order).
 
For your protection, we recommend that you always use a recorded-delivery service to return the products, as we will not process any refunds until we receive the products back.  Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip.
